Conditions of Guarantee:
We guarantee these results within six months of the start date. The six month time frame is necessary because some engines take up to 6 months to list a site after it is submitted.

In order to achieve these minimum results we require that the following conditions are met or else the guarantee will be void:

We must have the ability to optimize the layout and keyword density of your web pages. Changes are minimal, and rarely significant. We will work with you every step of the way to preserve your original content.

After changes have been made the web site pages cannot be altered during the promotion and maintenance process without our permission.

Any significant web site downtime immediately voids guarantee. This is because search engines will remove your listing if they can't find your site. This condition does not apply if we host your site.

This guarantee is only for the ranking positions of your keywords in the search engine indexes. The Yahoo guarantee is for a top 10 position in the section they call "Web Site Matches". We are not guaranteeing traffic to your site, or profitability. That depends on the demand for your product or service.

The site must be submitted via paid inclusion to Yahoo, LookSmart, and Inktomi, as described here. Because free submissions are often ignored or penalized, there is just no way to guarantee results unless you take advantage of these fee-based submission services.

There must be no submissions to the search engines on behalf of your site aside from our Search Engine Administrators.

This guarantee, and these conditions, are only available for clients using our maintenance packages. These packages are optional, but since it does require constant maintenance to achieve and keep top placements, these fees must be paid in full. (first 3 months are free)
